A complex renovation and addition to an existing historic building, this project includes a hostel for  elderly residents as well as an afternoon social club, all specifically designed and adapted for the mentally handicapped. The plans consist of living units, communal dining room, central kitchen, multi purpose area, music room, carpentry and arts and crafts workshops, computor rooms and administrative areas. The funding was provided by goverment authorities, akim haifa and private donors.
