A visitors center and a multi purpose building - this sculptural building has been designed to be a tourist and information landmark within the natural setting of the upper galilee. The building  includes a large exhibition area, cafetaria, service and retail areas. The commission for this project is via HPT Development and Infarstructure Co. of the DEL engineering group.
